Abstract

L'appareil comporte des éléments (14, 15, 32, 33, 34, 37) destinés à introduire des éléments de retenue (5, 6) dans les moules (2), de façon qu'ils se placent en engagement avec les articles congelés (4), et, en outre, à lever, en vue du démoulage, ces éléments de retenue, lesquels sont constitués par au moins deux éléments profilés sous forme de plaques (5, 6) à introduire dans le moule le long des faces internes de deux parois latérales (8, 9) en regard l'une de l'autre de celui-ci.
