Abstract
On décrit un gène tel que après transformation dans une cellule de levure, au moyen d'un plasmide autoréplicatif porteur de ce gène, la levure devienne intrinsèquement résistante à un ou plusieurs inhibiteurs de croissance de type herbicide organique synthétique. On décrit également un plasmide porteur de ce gène ainsi qu'un procédé de culture sélective de levures transformées par ce plasmide.
