Abstract

Composés de formule (I) dans laquelle R représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle en C1-C6; m représente un nombre entier dont la valeur varie de 1 à 5; l'un des symboles R1 et R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle en C1-C6, cependant que l'autre de ces symboles représente le radical hydroxyle; l'un des symboles R3 et R4 représente un atome d'hydrogène, cependant que l'autre de ces symboles représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle en C1-C4, et R5 représente un radical alkyle en C1-C6 ainsi que les sels acceptables en pharmacie humaine ou en pharmacie vétérinaire de ces composés. Les composés de formule (I) possèdent une utilité particulière à titre d'agents d'antithromboagglutination et/ou de thrombodésagglutination, et de plus à titre d'agents vasodilatateurs.
