Des glycosides d'anthracyclines exercant une activité antitumeur et répondant à la formule générale I ou II : où R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe méthoxy et R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe hydroxy. L'invention concerne également les sels d'addition d'acide pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ces glycosides.
