Abstract

Système d'étirage mixte comportant deux processus en continu, la première phase étant effectuée au mouillé à l'aide d'un train d'alimentation des filaments et d'un train d'étirage (2), un bain de liquide (3) et des rouleaux de guidage submergés (4) étant prévus entre ces deux éléments. La seconde phase utilise le train d'étirage (2) qui fonctionne alors comme train d'alimentation des filaments, chargés de liquide, qui sont conduits jusqu'à des moyens chauffés (6) à une température supérieure à la température de fusion desdits filaments à l'état sec, où se produit la vaporisation instantanée de la charge liquide et la stabilisation desdits filaments en coopération avec un train final (7).
