Abstract
Utilisation de la luciférase adsorbée sur la paroi d'un tube de dosage afin de doser certaines enzymes ou leurs substrats par bioluminescence, L'invention consiste à immobiliser sur un tube qui servira au dosage par bioluminescence la luciférase et une des NADH ou NADPH:FMN oxydoréductase. Cette adsorption permettra de doser le NADH ou le NADPH en solution et de ce fait une autre déshydrogénase ou son substrat. Cette déshydrogénase pourra aussi etre co-immobilisée sur le tube avec les 2 autres enzymes, ce qui permet un dosage de son substrat dans la solution de réaction. Une quatrième enzyme, pourrait également etre ajoutée au système.
