De nouveaux dérivés 4-substitués d'androst-4-éne-3,17-dione de formule I dans laquelle R est un groupe amino éventuellement substitué ou azido, l'un des restes R1 et R2 est l'hydrogène et l'autre est l'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle, alcényle ou alcynyle, et (x) et (y) sont chacun indépendamment une liaison simple ou double. Applications : médicaments inhibiteurs de stéroide-aromatase utiles pour le traitement de tumeurs dépendantes des hormones.
