Abstract
Procédé de préparation de compositions pharmaceutiques parentérales aqueuses, stabilisées en couleur et en pH, comprenant un aminoglycoside antibactérien, de préférence de la sisomicine, de la nétylmicine ou de la 5-épi-sisomicine, ou leurs sels parentéralement acceptables, l'ingrédient actif étant dissous dans de l'eau, le pH de la solution étant ajusté à 7,3 - 7,4, un antioxydant étant ajouté à la solution, de l'azote gazeux barbotant à travers la solution après filtration stérile et la solution ainsi obtenue étant remplie dans des ampoules.
