Abstract
Устройството е предназначено за осъществяване на аминоксидния процес по сухия/мокрия метод. То включва предачна дюза (3), имаща отвори за екструдиране на елементарни влакна, насочени към устройство за обдухване, чрез което екструдираните влакна могат да се охлаждат непосредствено след като са напуснали предачните отвори. След устройството за обдухване, по пътя на влакната (4, 5), са разположени резервоар с утаителна течност (1), групиращ елемент(2), разположен в утаяваща баня за групиране на влакната, и въздушен процеп, който е дефиниран каторазстояние l на предачната дюза от повърхността на утаителната течност. Групиращият елемент (2) се намира на такова разстояние от предачната дюза, чеъгълът , който елементарните влакна сключват с перпендикуляра към повърхността (1а) на утаителнататечност, е максимално 450 и е изпълнено съотношението 0,1 + 0,005.l 0,7.d0. (h-1)/h, в което d0 означава разстоянието между съседните предачни отворина предачна дюза (3), h е разстоянието между групиращия елемент (2) и дюзата (3) и l е въздушният процеп, като 0,4 mm d0 2 mm и 0 mm < l < 60 mm.
