Abstract

Методът и устройството са високоефективни при еднократно пропускане на масла или смес от масла презактивния компонент на фазите за обработка, като евъзможна регенерация на използваните адсорбенти впроцеса на експлоатация на оборудването. Устройството е опростено и с намалени размери и разход на употребяваната електроенергия. Устройството (1) включва най-малко един резервоар (2), в който са разположени цилиндрични прегради (3, 4), запълнени с адсорбент (5) и закрепени в резервоара (2) с помощта на елементи за закрепване (6). Преградите (3, 4)образуват канали за преминаване на обработванотомасло. Резервоарът (2) има входящ (7) и изходящ (8)отвор, в които са разположени механични филтри (9, 10). В основата (11) на устройството (1) е разположено електрозадвижване (12), свързано с нагнетателна помпа (13) и оборудване (14) за неговата защита и пускане. Циркулационните тръбопроводи (15) свързват помежду си отделните части на устройството (1), а също отделни устройства (1) в състава на инсталация за обработка на масла помежду им и с резервоари, които се използват за обработено масло.
