Abstract

(54) АНТИГЛЮКОКОРТИКОИДНО ЛЕКАРСТВЕНО СРЕДСТВО@(57) Средството намира приложение в хуманната и ветеринарна медицина. То представлява антиглю-кокортикоиден лекарствен препарат с нестероидна природа, сниска токсичност и висока ефикасност за регулиранечувствителността на клетките на мле-копитаещите към действието на глюкокортикоид-ните хормони. С цел селективно подтискане действието на глюкокортикоидните хормони върху клетвите на млекопитаещите сеизползва феромон от насекоми с нестероидна природа или негов синтетичен аналог или производно, представляващо дъл-говерижен ненаситен алифатен алкохол, алдехид или естер. Дължината на линейната въглеродна верига на всеки от посочените елементи е в границите от 10 до 21 атома. За увеличаване на терапевтичния ефект се използват два или повече феромона и/или техните синтетични аналози и производни, подбрани съгласно принципа на съществена разлика вхидрофобността, пропорционална на дължините на алифатните въглеводородни вериги. Разликата между дължините на веригите трябва да бъде не по-малка от пет.
