Abstract

Получените по метода бензодиазепинови съединения намират приложение във фармацевтичната промишленост. Те имат ценни положителни кардиотонични ефекти, които са потвърдени при експерименти ин витро. Съединенията се получават при взаимодействие на 2-бензопирилов перхлорат с с хидразинхидрат в присъствие на разтворител, който може да бъде полярен или неполярен, като вода, алкохол, диоксан, тетрахидрофуран, дихлорметан, диметилформамид, диметилсулфоокис или техни смеси.
