Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA FUNDIçãO EM MATRIZ DE METAIS LEVES"<D>. Um processo para a fundição em matriz de alumínio e de ligas de alumínio é tal que o metal em fusão (20) é introduzido em uma câmara de enchimento (16) e injetado da câmara de enchimento (16) em uma cavidade do molde por meio de um pistão (24). A cavidade do molde (14) é evacuada de antemão, após o que é inundada com oxigênio, e após a inundação com oxigênio e antes da injeção de metal em fusão (20) nele, é de novo evacuado. Finalmente, o metal em fusão (20) é injetado na cavidade de molde oca (14). O processo propicia que sejam produzidas peças fundidas em matriz com baixa tendência para a formação de poros e bolhas.
