Abstract

"MéTODO PARA BENEFICIAR UMA CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO DE HIDROCARBONETO PESADO, óLEO PESADO BENEFICIADO, BETUME BENEFICIADO, REATOR DE PIRóLISE DE FLUXO ASCENDENTE, E, PRODUTO LìQUIDO". A presente invenção é dirigida ao beneficiamento de cargas de alimentação de hidrocarboneto pesado que usa um reator pirolítico de tempo de residência curto operando sob condições que craqueiam e quimicamente beneficiam a carga de alimentação. O processo d presente invenção provê a preparação de uma carga de alimentação parcialmente beneficiada demonstrando reduzida viscosidade e aumentada densidade API. Este processo remove seletivamente metais, sais, água e nitrogênio da carga de alimentação, enquanto ao mesmo tempo maximiza o rendimento do produto líquido, e minimiza a produção de coque e gás. Além disso, este processo reduz a viscosidade da carga de alimentação a fim de permitir o transporte em oleodutos, se desejado, da carga de alimentação beneficiada com pouca ou nenhuma adição de diluentes. O processo de beneficiamento de uma carga de alimentação de hidrocarboneto pesado compreende a introdução de um veículo térmico particulado em um reator de fluxo ascendente, introduzindo a carga de alimentação de hidrocarboneto pesado no reator de fluxo ascendente em um local acima do veiculo térmico, de modo que uma relação de carga do veiculo térmico particulado para carga de alimentação é de cerca de 15:1 a cerca de 200:1, permitindo à carga de alimentação de hidrocarboneto pesado interagir com o veículo térmico com um tempo de residência menor do que cerca de 1 segundo, para produzir uma corrente de produto, separar a corrente de produto do veículo térmico particulado, regenerar o veículo térmico particulado e coletar um produto gasoso e líquido da corrente de produto.
