Abstract
"APARELHO PARA TESTAR UMA AMOSTRA BIOLóGICA DE UM ANIMAL QUANTO à PRESENçA DE DOENçA NO ANIMAL, MéTODO DE TESTE DE UM FLUIDO BIOLóGICO DE UM ANIMAL QUANTO à PRESENçA DE DOENçA NO ANIMAL, UNIDADE DE VARETA DE IMERSãO PARA UTILIZAçãO EM UM APARELHO, E, COMBINAçãO DE UM RECIPIENTE E UM MEDIDOR DE ILUMINAçãO". Um aparelho (10) para testar a existência de doença em um animal a partir do fluido biológico do mesmo, o aparelho incluindo um recipiente (12), uma vareta de imersão (1 4) e um medidor de iluminação (15), uma extremidade (31) da vareta de imersão (14) sendo adaptada para ser inserida em uma amostra do fluido, de forma tal que uma quantidade predeterminada da amostra fique ligada à vareta de imersão (14) e participe de uma reação no recipiente (12), a qual provoca emissões de luz, o medidor de iluminação (15) sendo adaptado para receber o recipiente (12) e para ser operado, por meio do que é feita uma determinação do nível de bactérias na amostra e, conseq³entemente, da doença no animal, pela detecção das emissões de luz provenientes do recipiente (12).
