Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "DERIVADOS DE BENZODIOXANO, BENZOFURANO OU BENZOPIRANO SUBSTITUìDOS COM AMINOALQUILA". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de fórmula (I), uma forma estereoquimicamente isomérica dos mesmos, uma forma N-óxido dos mesmos ou um sal de adição de ácido farmaceuticamente aceitável dos mesmos, em que -Z^ 1^-Z^ 2^ é um radical bivalente; R^ 1^, R^ 2^ e R~ 3^ são, cada um, independentemente selecionados de hidrogênio, C~ 1-6~ alquila, hidróxi, halo e similares; ou quando R~ 1~ e R~ 2~ estão em carbonos adjacentes, R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ tomados em conjunto podem formar um radical bivalente de fórmula; Alk^ 1^ e Alk^ 2^ são C~ 1-6~ alcanodiila opcionalmente substituída; R^ 6^ é hidrogênio ou fenilmetila; R^ 5^ é um radical de fórmula (c-1), (c-2), (c-3), (c-4), (c-5): em que n é 1 ou 2; p^ 1^ é 0, e p^ 2^ é 1 ou 2; ou p^ 1^ é 1 ou 2, e p^ 2^ é 0; X é oxigênio, enxofre ou =NR^ 9^; Y é oxigênio ou enxofre; R^ 7^ é hidrogênio, C^ 1-6^ alquila, C^ 3-6^ cicloalquila, fenila ou fenilmetila; R^ 8^ é C~ 1-6~ alquila, C~ 3-6~ cicloalquil fenila ou fenilmetila; R^ 9^ é ciano, C~ 1-6~ alquila, C~ 3-6~ cicloalquila, C~ 1-6~ alquiloxicarbonila ou aminocarbonila; R~ 10~ é hidrogênio ou C~ 1-6~ alquila; e Q é um radical bivalente. Processos para preparar os referidos produtos, formulações compreendendo os referidos produtos e seu uso como medicamento são divulgados, em particular para tratar condições que estão relacionadas com relaxamento fúndico prejudicado.
