Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO ATUADOR PARA FREIO DE ESTACIONAMENTO" A invenção se refere a um mecanismo de operação para freio de estacionamento de veículo, compreendendo um quadrante dentado (5), montado numa longarina tipo ponte (2) da carroçaria do veículo, uma alavanca de operação de freio (4) conectada à longarina tipo ponte, um conector que tensiona um cabo de freio de acordo com o deslocamento da alavanca de operação de freio (4), uma alavanca de operação de freio (4) e uma garra (7) que coopera com o quadrante dentado (5) e é conectado à alavanca de operação de freio (4), uma mola de retenção (11) para a garra de tensão prévia tipo gancho (7) na direção do quadrante dentado (5) e uma haste (14) que pode ser atuada ao longo da alavanca de operação de freio (4). O objetivo da invenção é oferecer um mecanismo de operação que usa meios simples para reduzir o volume de ruído gerado quando se puxa o freio de estacionamento. Consegue-se isto por meio de uma mola de retenção (7) incorporada como uma alavanca dupla de peça única que se volta para fora do quadrante dentado (5). A haste (14) desloca a garra de travamento (7) numa posição de desengate com o quadrante dentado (5) como resultado da força de tensão prévia exercida pela mola de retenção (11) somente após a mesma ter sido atuada.
