Abstract
"USOS DE COMPOSIçõES PARA O TRATAMENTO OU PREVENçãO DOS DISTúRBIOS DO SONO USANDO DOSES MUITO BAIXAS DE CICLOBENZAPRINA". A presente invenção refere-se à métodos e composições contendo uma dose muito baixa de ciclobenzaprina ou seu metabólito para a prevenção e tratamento de distúrbios do sono e doenças manifestadas com a disfunção do sono incluindo síndrome de fibromialgia, síndrome da fadiga crónica, desordens do sono, desordens da dor psicogênica, ou síndromes da dor crónica ou seus sintomas. A presente invenção refere-se ainda à métodos e composições para tratamento dos distúrbios do sono, dor crónica ou fadiga em seres humanos sofrendo de síndrome de fibromialgia, síndrome da fadiga crónica, desordens do sono, desordens da dor psicogênica, síndromes da dor crónica usando uma dose muito baixa de ciclobenzaprina.
