Abstract
"CONDUTORES ELéTRICOS INCORPORANDO FIBRAS óTICAS". Caracterizado pelo fato de compreender um condutor elétrico incorporando no mínimo uma fibra ótica e possuindo um elemento axial central com pelo menos uma camada de elementos helicalmente dispostos em torno do mesmo. Pelo menos um dos elementos, preferivelmente um axial central, inclui no mínimo uma fibra ótica a qual se encontra alojada em um tubo de metal soldado que se estende longitudinalmente ( tipicamente de aço inoxidável ). Um segundo tubo de metal com maior espessura e condutibilidade mais elevada que a do tubo de metal soldado e possuindo uma costura longitudinal não soldada envolve o tubo soldado. O segundo tubo é tipicamente fabricado com alumínio e é utilizado para aumentar o diâmetro do elemento, de forma que uma maior amplitude dos lados condutores úteis podem ser formados pela utilização do mesmo em conjunto com diâmetros de fios apropriadamente escolhidos.
