Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "TERPOLìMEROS HALOGENADOS DE ISOBUTILENO, MONÈMERO DE DIOLEFINA E MONÈMERO ESTIRêNICO". Polímero de butila halogenado que tem as propriedades melhoradas, o polímero de butila derivado de uma mistura de monómero que compreende um monómero de C~ 4~ a C~ 8~ monoolefina, um monómero de C~ 4~ a C~ 14~ multiolefina e um monómero estirênico com um sistema catalisador para produzir o polímero de butila. As propriedades melhoradas incluem cura mais rápida, torque máximo superior, torque deita superior, módulo em relação ao tempo relativamente estável, propriedades de envelhecimento em ar quente melhoradas e propriedades de flexão envelhecida melhoradas. Acredita-se que estas propriedades melhoradas resultem de interação direta entre os grupamentos estirênicos na estrutura polimérica com um agente de reticulação adicionado para vulcanizar a borracha de butila halogenada.
