Abstract
"DISPERSANTE POLIMéRICO COMO AGENTE FLUIDIFICANTE DE COMPOSIçõES DE LIGANTE HIDRáULICO E PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO". Dispersante polimérico tipo policarboxilado que compreende pelo menos um copolímero obtido a partir de uma composição de monómeros que compreende, em moles: A) 40 a 95% de pelo menos um monómero carboxílico insaturado B) 5 a 60% de pelo menos um monómero éster acrílico ou metacrílico contendo uma cadeia poliéter C) O a 20% de pelo menos um terceiro monómero selecionado entre: éster acrílico ou éster metacrílico ou acrilamida ou derivado de acrilamida ou monómero vinil aromático ou seu derivado sulfonado o copolímero tendo uma distribuição de massas moleculares controladas, podendo ser obtido por um processo que compreende as etapas de: i) polimerização em solução aquosa a uma temperatura que vai de 70 a 95<198>C, com um sistema de bombeamento e de transferência que compreende: D) um agente oxidante, E) um agente redutor, selecionado entre os sais de metabissulfito, de preferência o metabissulfito de sódio ou de potássio, a relação molar monómeros/redutores não excedendo a 50, ii) Adição em semi-contínuo do oxidante e da mistura de monómeros, num tempo de 1 a 4 horas iii) introdução do redutor seja no pé de cuba tendo o início da adição do oxidante e dos monómeros, seja em semi-contínuo misturado aos monómeros seja em semi-contínuo em alimentação separada destes e do oxidante. A invenção se refere também a um processo específico de preparação e de utilização como agente fluidificante nas composições de ligante hidráulico mineral ou como agente dispersante nas massas de pigmento ou dispersões aquosas de polímeros.
