Abstract

"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR óXIDO DE ZINCO A PARTIR DE UM MATERIAL CONTENDO ZINCO, PROCESSO PARA RECUPERAR COBRE, PRATA, CáDMIO, COBALTO E CHUMBO A PARTIR DE UM MATERIAL CONTENDO ZINCO, E, PRECIPITADO DE óXIDO DE ZINCO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e a um processo para a produção de óxido de zinco a partir de um material contendo zinco. O processo de acordo com a presente invenção compreende os estágios de lixiviar o material de sulfeto complexo com ácido clorídrico e oxigênio; precipitar ferro a partir da solução de lixívia usando óxido de magnésio e oxigênio; remover cobre, prata, cádmio, cobalto e chumbo a partir da solução por cementação com pó de zinco; precipitar óxido de zinco a partir da solução de lixivia usando óxido de magnésio; e torrar por pulverização a solução de lixivia de cloreto de magnésio restante para regenerar ácido clorídrico e óxido de magnésio. A presente invenção refere-se adicionalmente a processos para recuperar cobre, prata, chumbo, e ferro a partir de materiais de sulfeto complexo.
