Abstract

"BACTéRIA CORINEFORME, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM L-AMINOáCIDO, E, DNA". Um gene que codifica a frutose fosfotransferase é transferido a uma bactéria corineforme capaz de produzir um L-aminoácido, tal como L-lisina ou ácido L-glutâmico e desta maneira a atividade da frutose fosfotransferase é potenciada, desse modo, melhorando a produtividade de Laminoácido.
