Abstract

"INSTALAçãO PARA O TRANSPORTE DE UMA UNIDADE DE PRODUTO PLANA". Para criar uma instalação para o transporte de uma unidade de produto (1') plana separada de uma tira do produto (1), que pode ser entregue por uma primeira instalação de transporte para uma segunda instalação de transporte e que possui os elementos para segurar as unidades de produtos separadas (1'), sendo que a direção de transporte (5) da primeira instalação de transporte vai paralelamente à direção longitudinal da tira de produto e a direção de transporte (6) da segunda instalação de transporte vai transversalmente à direção longitudinal da tira de produto, e sendo que a unidade de produto (1') pode ser deslocada por meio de um dispositivo de aperto (2) do nível (I) da primeira instalação de transporte para o nível (II) da segunda instalação de transporte, eventualmente podendo ser conduzida a esta, onde pode ser obtido um número maior de ciclos, sugere-se que cada dispositivo de aperto (2) consiste em um par de mordentes de aperto (12, 13) ou de dois pares de mordentes de aperto lateralmente distanciados um do outro, que os mordentes de aperto (12, 13) podem ser movidos independentemente um do outro, isto é, verticalmente aos níveis da tira de produto (1) ou unidades de produto (1') e paralelamente à direção de transporte (6) das unidades de produto (1') e paralelamente à direção de transporte (6) da segunda instalação de transporte, de modo que em uma primeira posição os mordentes de aperto (12, 13) seguram apertando a unidade de produto separada (1') no nível (I) da primeira instalação de transporte e a transferem para o nível (II) da segunda instalação de transporte, que podem ser movidos para perto da segunda instalação de transporte, em uma segunda posição, os mordentes de aperto (12, 13) são mudados da posição fechada para uma posição aberta, os primeiros mordentes de aperto (12) avançam em direção à segunda instalação de transporte e depois são posicionados para uma terceira posição, a partir da qual podem ser deslocados para a primeira posição, sendo que também na segunda posição os segundos mordentes de aperto (13) podem ser deslocados para longe da segunda instalação de transporte contra sua direção de transporte, sendo recolocados para o nível (I) da primeira instalação de transporte a partir do qual podem ser colocados na primeira posição.
