Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE COMPOSIçõES DE LIBERAçãO PROGRAMADA CONTENDO VENLAFAXINA E O PRODUTO RESULTANTE". A partir do que, o produto resultante permite uma melhor absorção do princípio ativo e uma diminuição drástica dos efeitos adversos, em virtude da metodologia de preparação. A formulação compreende uma primeira etapa, na qual se elaboram os núcleos não ativos em forma de microgrânulos esféricos, a partir de açúcar e amido. Na segunda etapa, agrega-se-lhes a droga ativa, na forma de pó impalpável, utilizando, como ligante, uma solução alcoólica de povidona. Na terceira etapa, aplica-se o recobrimento sobre os microgrânulos que contém a droga ativa. Finalmente, na quarta etapa, realiza-se o encapsulamento do microgrânulo recoberto.
