Abstract

O aríete de cisalhamento superiorinclui uma lâmina cortante superior e uma lâmina guia inferiorespaçadas verticalmente para formar uma cavidade entre asmesmas. A cavidade é dimensionada para receber a lâminacortante de aríete inferior em engate de encaixe apertado quandoos aríetes são fechados. O aríete de cisalhamento superior possuiuma aresta cortante primária formada no seu bordo anterior, e umbordo secundário deslocado vertical e axialmente em relação àaresta cortante primária.
