Abstract

"MECANISMO DE DESENGATE GRADUAL PARA UM FREIO DE MãO DE VAGãO FERROVIáRIO". Um mecanismo de desengate gradual para uso em um dispositivo de freio de mão que pode ser engatado em um vagão ferroviário. Esse mecanismo de desengate gradual compreende um eixo de acionamento para rotação em torno de um eixo geométrico que se estende longitudinalmente ao longo do eixo. Uma porção do flange da embreagem situada intermediária a ambas as extremidades do eixo, tendo o flange da embreagem uma superfície de embreagem. Uma luva posicionada de modo concêntrico e montada de modo rosqueado no eixo para movimento rotativo com o mesmo, tendo a luva uma superfície da embreagem oposta à superfície de embreagem da porção do flange da embreagem do eixo. Uma superfície rosqueada externamente no eixo de acionamento que pode ser engatada com uma superfície rosqueada internamente na luva, tendo os rosqueamentos um passo entre aproximadamente 1,524 cm e aproximadamente 2,54 cm. Uma roda de catraca recebida em torno do eixo, tendo tal roda de catraca superfícies de embreagem dispostas frente a frente posicionadas para engate pelas porções do colar da embreagem respectivamente. Uma roda dentada apoiada no eixo e adjacente à luva.
