Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ANTIBIóTICOS MACROLIDEOS". Esta invenção refere-se a compostos da fórmula e aos seus sais, pró-drogas e solvatos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, em que X, Y, R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^, R^ 4^ e R^ 6^ são tal como são definidos neste documento. Os compostos da fórmula I são agentes anti-bacterianos e anti-protozoários que podem ser utilizados para tratar diversas infecções bacterianas ou a protozoários, e os distúrbios relacionados com tais infecções. A invenção também refere-se a composições farmacêuticas contendo compostos da fórmula I, a métodos de produzir os compostos, e a métodos de tratar as infecções bacterianas e a protozoários pela administração dos compostos.
