Abstract
"MéTODO PARA COMPENSAçãO DE APAGAMENTO DE FRAME EM UM CODIFICADOR DE FALA DE TAXA VARIáVEL". Um método para compensação de apagamento de frame em um codificador de fala de taxa variável inclui quantificar, com um primeiro codificador, um valor de atraso (lag) de pitch (tom ou tonalidade da fala) para um frame atual e um primeiro valor delta de atraso de pitch igual à diferença entre o valor de atraso de pitch para o frame atual e o valor de atraso de pitch para o frame anterior. Um segundo codificador preditivo quantifica somente um segundo valor delta de atraso de pitch para o frame anterior (igual à diferença entre o valor de atraso de pitch para o frame anterior e o valor de atraso de pitch para o frame anterior a tal frame)). Caso o frame anterior ao frame anterior seja processado como um apagamento de frame, o valor de atraso de pitch para o frame anterior é obtido pela subtração do primeiro valor delta de atraso de pitch de valor de atraso de pitch para o frame atual. O valor de atraso de pitch para o frame apagado é a seguir obtido pela subtração do segundo valor delta de atraso de pitch do valor de atraso de pitch para o frame anterior. Adicionalmente, pode ser usado um método de interpolação de forma de onda para suavizar as descontinuidades causadas por mudanças na memória de pitch do codificador.
