Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR GRâNULOS DE NITRATO DE CáLCIO". Esta invenção refere-se a um método para produzir grânulos de nitrato de cálcio. Um fundido de nitrato de cálcio é aspergido sobre um leito recirculante de um primeiro granulador de leito fluidizado, onde o leito recirculante é suprido com ar que foi condicionado e aquecido até uma temperatura entre 60<198>C e 100<198>C. Grânulos de nitrato de cálcio formados no granulador e introduzidos em um resfriador primário na forma de um segundo leito fluidizado onde os grânulos são resfriados até 50<198>C a 60<198>C por ar condicionado. Os grânulos são selecionados em um selecionador e então resfriados em um resfriador secundário até uma temperatura de menos que 40<198>C, antes de serem ensacados. os grânulos produzidos são duros e secos e não quebram facilmente durante o manuseio.
