Claims (15)
1. Gránulo que comprende un núcleo que es una
partícula de sulfato de sodio con una fitasa aplicada sobre el
mismo, y un revestimiento que comprende una sal.
2. Gránulo según la reivindicación 1 donde la
sal en el revestimiento tiene una humedad constante a 20ºC de
alrededor del 60%.
3. Gránulo según la reivindicación 1 donde la
sal en el revestimiento es Na_{2}SO_{4}.
4. Gránulo según cualquiera de reivindicaciones
1-3 donde el revestimiento constituye al menos el
60% p/p de la sal.
5. Gránulo según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1-4 donde el revestimiento tiene un
espesor de al menos 8 \mum.
6. Gránulo según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1-5 que tiene una proporción entre
el diámetro del gránulo revestido y el diámetro de la unidad del
núcleo de al menos 1.1.
7. Gránulo según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1-6 que además comprende una capa
de revestimiento adicional en la superficie interior o exterior del
revestimiento de la sal.
8. Gránulo según la reivindicación 7 donde la
capa del revestimiento adicional comprende alcohol polivinílico
(PVA).
9. Gránulo según la reivindicación 7 u 8 donde
la capa del revestimiento adicional comprende talco.
10. Gránulo según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1-9 donde la fitasa es una fitasa
de E. coli.
11. Gránulo según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1-9 donde la fitasa es la fitasa de
E. coli descrita en US 6110719.
12. Gránulo según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1-9 donde la fitasa tiene una
secuencia de aminoácidos de al menos un 75% de identidad a la
secuencia de aminoácidos de la fitasa de E. coli descrita en
US 6110719.
13. Gránulo según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1-12 que tiene un tamaño de
partícula de 100-1000 \mum.
14. Composición alimentaria granulada tratada
con vapor que comprende gránulos de fitasa según cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1-13.
15. Método para la producción de una composición
alimentaria que incluye las etapas de:
- a)
- mezclar componentes alimentarios con los gránulos según cualquiera de reivindicaciones 1-13,
- b)
- tratar con vapor de la mezcla (a), y
- c)
- granular la mezcla tratada con vapor (b).
