Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR PROPILENO A PARTIR DO METANOL". Vapor de metanol é reagido em um primeiro catalisador para formar uma primeira mistura de vapor contendo éter dimetílico (DME) e da primeira mistura de vapor produz-se em um catalisador de zeólita seletivo quanto a forma uma mistura de produto contendo propileno. O catalisador de zeólita seletivo quanto a forma está disposto como carga em pelo menos dois reatores de cuba ligados em série. Uma primeira corrente parcial da primeira mistura de vapor contendo DME é conduzido junto com vapor de água para o primeiro reator de cuba, do primeiro reator de cuba remove-se uma primeira mistura de produto intermediário e aduz-se ao segundo reator de cuba, sendo que se aduz ao segundo reator de cuba também uma segunda corrente parcial da primeira mistura de vapor contendo DME. Do último reator de cuba ligado em série remove-se uma mistura de produto e separa-se uma fração rica em propileno, sendo que se obtêm substâncias restantes, que são parcialmente gasosas. Pelo menos uma parte das substâncias restantes é reconduzida a pelo menos um dos reatores de cuba.
