"DERIVADOS DE áCIDO QUINOLONACARBOXìLICO". ácido (-)-7-[(7S)-7-amino-5-azaespiro [2.4] heptan -5-il]-6-fluoro-1-[(1R, 2S)-2-fluoro-1-ciclopropil] -1,4-di-hidro-8-metóxi-4-oxo-3-quinolina carboxílico. 1HC1. 1H~ 2~O e composições antibacterianas contendo este composto. O composto resultante da presente invenção apresenta não somente excelente atividade antibacteriana e segurança, mas também estabilidade notável a luz e umidade, e é assim útil como agente antibacteriano.
