"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM COMPOSTO, COMPOSTO, E, FORMA POLIMóRFICA DE UM COMPOSTO". A presente invenção refere-se aos novos processos para a preparação de (2R,2-alfa-R,3a)-2-[1-[3,5-bis(trifuorometil)-fenil]-etóxi-3-(4-fluorofenil)- 1,4-oxazina. Este composto é útil como um intermediário na síntese de compostos que possuem atividade farmacológica.
