Abstract

"PROCEDIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA O DESLOCAMENTO DE CILINDROS INTERMEDIáRIOS, ORIENTADOS PELAS BORDAS DA TIRA, NUM MONTANTE DE SEIS CILINDROS". Um procedimento para o deslocamento dos cilindros intermediários (11, 11'), orientado pelas bordas da tira, num montante de seis cilindros, o qual compreende um par de cilindros trabalhadores (10, 10'), um de cilindros intermediários (11, 11') e outro de cilindros de apoio (12, 12'), sendo que pelo menos os cilindros intermediários (11, 11') e os cilindros trabalhadores (10, 10') atuam em conjunto com dispositivos para o deslocamento axial e que cada cilindro intermediário (11, 11') apresenta uma mesa alongada de acordo com o curso de deslocamento CVC com um retro-esmerilamento (x) na região da borda da tira (14) que é caracterizado pelo fato de que o cilindro intermediário superior (11) é deslocado na direção do lado do acionamento (AS) e o cilindro intermediário inferior (11') é deslocado na direção do lado do operador (BS) - ou vice-versa - em relação à posição neutra de deslocamento (S~ zw~ = 0 mm) para o meio do montante (y - y) , simetricamente em um valor igual para cada em direção ao seu eixo (x - x).
