Abstract
"CARBONATO DE SóDIO GRANULADO OBTIDO ATRAVéS DE GRANULAçãO POR PULVERIZAçãO EM LEITO FLUIDO E UM PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO". A invenção refere-se a um método para produção de percarbonato de sódio granulado com um baixo valor TAM por meio de granulação em leito fluido. De acordo com a invenção, durante a granulação em leito fluido, um composto de magnésio em uma quantidade de 50 a 2.000 ppm, especialmente de 100 a 1.000 ppm, e/ou um agente de complexão da série de ácidos hidroxicarboxílicos, ácidos aminofosfónicos, ácidos fosfonocarboxílicos e ácidos hidroxifosfónicos, e os sais alcalinos, sais de amónio ou sais de magnésio dos mesmos, em uma quantidade de 50 a 2.000 ppm, especialmente de 200 a 1.000 ppm, são adicionados à solução de soda e/ou H~ 2~O~ 2~ como estabilizantes. Preferencialmente, é usada uma combinação de um composto de magnésio em uma quantidade de 100 a 1.000 ppm de Mg^ 2+^, e silicato de sódio em uma quantidade de 0,1 a 1% em peso, especialmente de 0,1 a 0,5% em peso. Dessa maneira, é possível obter material granulado que apresenta um valor TAM de 6 <109>W/g ou abaixo, e um baixo tempo de dissolução.
