Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO E ESTRUTURA DE PARTE COMPONENTE PARA TURBINA DE CAPACIDADE VARIáVEL". O objetivo desta invenção é proporcionar um método de fabricação para fabricar uma parte componente para a turbina de capacidade variável e a estrutura do membro de acionamento do injetor, que irá simplificar a estrutura da parte componente para o mecanismo injetor ajustável, o trabalho de fabricação que resulta em diminuir a conta e o custo de fabricação, bem como o número de partes componentes e no alivio do peso da turbina de capacidade variável. De modo a fabricar a parte componente para uma turbina de capacidade variável de fluxo radial, na qual o gás de atuação é forçado a fluir a partir de uma voluta em espiral formada no invólucro da turbina até um rotor da turbina em uma direção radial, através de várias aletas do injetor, cujos ângulos são ajustáveis por um mecanismo injetor ajustável, para girar o rotor da turbina, este método de fabricação de acordo com esta invenção é distinguido pela configuração na qual um pino de conexão em formato de coluna é formado como uma única estrutura com um membro de chapa por um pressionamento, ou por uma moldagem de precisão por parcialmente forçar a superfície do membro de chapa a projetar-se em um formato de coluna.
