Abstract

"SISTEMA DE COMERCIALIZAçãO REFRIGERADO". Um comercializador refrigerado (100) inclui um gabinete isolado vertical de abertura frontal (110) que define uma área de apresentação de produto (125) conectada em comunicação de fluxo de ar com um compartimento (120) através de um circuito de circulação de ar (112, 114, 116). Um evaporador de queda de pressão elevada (40) e uma pluralidade de ventiladores espaçados de maneira próxima (70) são colocados dentro do compartimento (120). O evaporador (40) é dotado de uma serpentina trocadora de calor de densidade de aletas relativamente elevada, que fornece uma queda de pressão do lado do ar relativamente elevada através do evaporador. A resistência de fluxo aumentada através do evaporador, acoplada com a pluralidade de ventiladores espaçados de maneira próxima, resulta em uma perfil de temperatura de saída do evaporador substancialmente uniforme através do comprimento do evaporador.
