"MEIO DE GRAVAçãO EM FORMA DE DISCO, APARELHO DE CORTE, E, ACIONADOR DE DISCO PARA GRAVAR OU REPRODUZIR DADOS". é fornecido um disco ótico que têm pré-formada sobre ele uma trilha espiral ondulada e um sulco e/ou região ao longo da qual dados devem ser gravados. A trilha é ondulada para uma série de unidades de sinal pré-determinadas, cada uma composta de uma parte bit de informação FSK com base em uma forma de onda que resultou de modulação FSK de bit de informação e uma parte freq³ência única baseada em uma forma de onda de uma freq³ência única. A modulação FSK utiliza 2 freq³ências diferentes, das quais a uma é a mesma que a freq³ência única e a outra é diferente da freq³ência única. Estas freq³ência diferentes estão em uma tal relação que cada uma delas tem um número par de ondulações e um número ímpar de ondulações, alternadamente, em um ciclo predeterminado.
