Abstract
"SìNTESE ENZIMáTICA DE éSTERES DE N^ ALFA^-ACIL-L-ARGININA". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de um éster de N^ <244>^-acil-L-arginina, derivado de ácidos graxos e aminoácidos dibásicos esterificados, de acordo com a seguinte fórmula: em que: X^ -^ é Br^ -^, CI^ -^ ou HSO~ 4~^ -^; R~ 1~: é uma cadeia de alquila linear de um ácído graxo saturado, ou hidroxiácido de 8 a 14 átomos de carbono, ligada ao grupo de <244>-aminoácido por meio de uma ligação amídica; R~ 2~ é uma cadeia de alquila linear ou ramificada de 1 a 18 átomos de carbono, ou aromática; R~ 3~: é em que n pode ser de 0 a 4, a partir do ácido orgânico e álcool adequados. O processo é catalisado por uma hidrolase, particularmente, uma protease, a protease papaína de "Carica papaya" sendo altamente adequada. Para que a reação de esterificação funcione adequadamente, o processo é conduzido em meio orgânico de baixo teor de água. Quando a papaína altamente solúvel de "Carica papaya" é usada, uma atividade de água entre 0,03 e 0,5 é selecionada.
