Abstract
"COMPOSIçõES E MéTODOS DE DIMINUIçãO DO NìVEL DE SULFETO DO FERRO NUMA CONDUTA". Os níveis de sulfeto de ferro presente numa conduta, tal como oleoduto, são reduzidos fazendo contactar a conduta, numa superfície interna, com uma composição obtida a partir de uma solução aquosa contendo, pelo menos, um composto da fórmula (1) e, pelo menos, uma amina ou derivado de amónio correspondente na presença de um solvente, em que X é um anion de valência n. De preferência, o pH da solução é cerca de 8. Alternativamente, o método emprega uma composição que compreende tris(hidroximetil)fosfina (TRIS) e, pelo menos, uma amina ou derivado de amónio correspondente. A amina é, de preferência, amónia ou uma alquilamina primária. As composições complexam prontamente e, dessa maneira, dissolvem os depósitos de sulfeto de ferro (II), removendo-os da conduta.
