Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A DETERMINAçãO DE ANALISADOS MúLTIPLOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a determinação de pelo menos três analisados usando parceiros de ligação específicos. Combinações de marcadores detectáveis são acoplados aos parceiros de ligação assegurando que cada molécula de parceiros de ligação seja acoplada a somente um marcador detectável. Isso permite a determinação de mais analisados diferentes do que marcadores diferentes usados por não limitar a faixa de marcadores utilizáveis. A presente invenção refere-se também a kits, composição de materiais e seu uso.
