Abstract

"MéTODO PARA ALUMINIZAçãO EM FASE DE VAPOR DE UMA PALHETA DE TURBINA A GáS PARCIALMENTE MASCARADA COM UM ANTEPARO DE MáSCARA". Onde uma palheta de turbina a gás (20) a ser protegida por um recobrimento em alumínio é disposta dentro de um anteparo de máscara (50) que inclui um anteparo de aerofólio (52) que evita deposição sobre o aerofólio (22) da palheta da turbina a gás (20), e um anteparo de rabo-de-andorinha (54) que evita deposição sobre o rabo-de-andorinha (26) da palheta da turbina a gás (20); o conjunto é aluminizado em fase de vapor de tal modo que o alumínio é depositado sobre uma porção exposta (92) da palheta da turbina a gás que não está dentro do anteparo de máscara (50).
