Abstract
"PROCESSO E INTERMEDIáRIOS PARA AGENTES ANTIDIABéTICOS DE PIRIDAZINONA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparar inibidores de aldose redutase de piridazinona que são úteis na prevenção e/ou tratamento de complicações diabéticas tais como neuropatia diabética, retinopatia diabética, nefropatia diabética, cardiomiopatia diabética, microangiopatia diabética e macroangiopatia diabética nos mamíferos. A invenção também refere-se a novos intermediários úteis na preparação daqueles inibidores de aldose redutase.
