Abstract

"COLETA DE AMOSTRA E SISTEMA DE TESTE". Métodos e aparelho para avaliar a qualidade de uma amostra de um produto, um ingrediente, um ambiente ou um processo medindo múltiplos parâmetros da mesma, incluindo luz emitida de uma amostra reagindo contendo ATP, ADP, fosfatase alcalina ou outros parâmetros tais como pH, temperatura, condutividade, potencial de redução de oxidação, gases dissolvidos, íons específicos e contagem microbiológica. O aparelho compreende um dispositivo de testar amostra integrado usado para coletar uma amostra, misturar reagentes, reagir a amostra, e coletá-la em uma câmara de medição. O aparelho também compreende um instrumento tendo um conjunto de detecção de fótons para uso com o dispositivo de testar amostra. O instrumento pode também compreender uma ou mais sondas sensitivas e uma porta de comunicação para facilitar coleta, transferência e análise de dados. O método ainda compreende um mecanismo para armazenar dados, avaliar dados, representar dados graficamente, e determinar a conformidade aos critérios estabelecidos.
