Abstract

"MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DE FORMAS DE DOSAGEM SóLIDAS REVESTIDAS EM DUAS CAMADAS COMPREENDENDO UM POLìMERO INSOLúVEL EM áGUA E UM AGENTE FORMADOR DE POROS SOLúVEL EM áGUA". Esta invenção apresenta um método para preparar uma forma de dosagem sólida revestida, em que uma forma de dosagem sólida, tal como um comprimido prensado com um agente ativo disperso no seu interior, é revestido pelo menos duas vezes com uma solução de revestimento, compreendendo um polímero de revestimento insolúvel em água e um agente formador de poros solúvel em água, sendo seco depois de, pelo menos, o primeiro passo de revestimento. O método da presente invenção permite a produção de formas de dosagem sólidas, revestidas e secagem das, utilizando tempos de secagem muito reduzidos. As formas de dosagem sólidas revestidas, produzidas de acordo com a presente invenção, revelaram ter características de liberação extensa e prolongada.
