Abstract

Se describen partículas de textura enmascarada y tabletas masticables elaboradas a partir de las mismas; las partículas de textura enmascarada constan de un nucleo que contiene un ingrediente activo, una primera capa de revestimiento opcional que consta de un agente de enmascaramiento de sabor que cubre sustancialmente el nucleo; y una segunda capa de revestimiento, que como opcion puede cubrir sustancialmente la primera capa de revestimiento o el nucleo, que consta de un polímero formador de película y un agente antigranuloso; las partículas pueden producirse en forma de tableta, tal como una forma de tableta masticable, que provee la liberacion inmediata del ingrediente activo.
