Abstract

COMPOSIÇÕES ANTIMICRIBIANAS PARA PRODUTOS DE ALIMENTOS PARA ANIMAIS DE ESTIMAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se ao método e ao uso de uma composição antimicrobiana consistindo em: (i) pelo menos 30 % de ácido láctico, e (ii) pelo menos dois ácidos carboxílicos selecionados a partir do grupo consistindo em ácido acético, ácido butírico, ácido isobutírico, ácido valérico, e ácido isovalérico para fornecer uma atividade antimicrobiana contra um ou mais microrganismos indesejados a um produto de alimento para animais de estimação.
