Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A POLIMERIZAçãO DE ALFAOLEFINAS, CATALISADOR USANDO NA POLIMERIZAçãO E SUA PREPARAçãO"<D>. Na polimerização de C~ 3~-C~ 12~-<244>-olefinas, a atividade do catalisador e a isostaticidade e o peso molecular do produto de polímero podem ser ajustados e melhorados um uma maneira controlada através de um novo processo no qual: A) um sistema de catalisação é preparado ao se pór um suporte que compreende cloreto de magnésio, um seu derivado ou um seu reagente de formação em contato com pelo menos tetracloreto de titânio ou em seu reagente de formação, a fim de produzir um suporte titanado; ao pór em contato o suporte titanado com pelo menos um composto metálico do grupo, 1, 2, ou 13 que contém uma C~ 1~-C~ 10~ alquila e ativa tetracloreto de titânio para um grupo de titânio cataliticamente ativo, a fim de produzir um suporte ativado, e ao se pór uma substância selecionada dentre o dito suporte, suporte titanado e suporte ativado em contato com pelo menos um doador ou um seu reagente de formação, a fim de produzir um sistema de catalisação; B) a polimerização é realizada usando-se o sistema de catalisação, contatando-o com pelo menos uma C~ 3~-C~ 12~-<244>-olefina, com o que cadeias de poli-C~ 3~-C~ 12~-<244>-olefina são formados nos grupos de titânio cataliticamente ativos, e de preferência ao pór em contato o dito sistema de catalisação, a dita C~ 3~-C~ 12~-<244>-olefina e as ditas cadeias de poli-C~ 3~-C~ 12~-<244>-olefinas com hidrogênio ou outro agente de transferência de cadeia similar, com o que uma poli-C~ 3~-C~ 12~-<244>-olefina terminada em hidrogênio é formada. No processo a melhoria é conseguida de modo que, na etapa A), i) uma primeira quantidade controlada de um doador interno menos solúvel e uma segunda quantidade controlada de um doador interno mais solúvel são proporcionadas na superfície do dito suporte, suporte titanado ou suporte ativado, a fim de produzir um produto de doação interno, e ii) o produto de doação interno é posto em contato com pelo menos um eluente que elui o doador interno mais solúvel e com pelo menos um doador externo ou um seu reagente de formação, a fim de produzir um produto de doação externo, o sistema de catalisação assim formado tendo pelo menos grupos de titânio cataliticamente ativos, a dita primeira quantidade controlada do doador interno menos solúvel e a dita segunda quantidade controlada compreendendo doador externo.
