Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO DE ADMINISTRAçãO LOCAL DE FORMULAçõES SóLIDAS OU SEMI-SóLIDAS, FORMULAçõES RETARDO PARA ADMINISTRAçãO PARENTERAL E PROCESSO DE PREPARO''<D>. A invenção tem por objeto a utilização, para o implante ou inserção, de uma formulação sólida (1), ou semi-sólida (18), destinada a ser colocada em um local de depósito preciso (T) de um organismo, contendo pelo menos um princípio ativo, essa formulação sendo de consistência sólida ou semi-sólida tal que possa persistir durante um certo período no local, e contendo uma dose de princípio ativo limitada para um tratamento em uma zona alvo do organismo, de um dispositivo que compreende uma parte colocada no interior do corpo do paciente com meios de acondicionamento da forma sólida ou semi-sólida, meios de posicionamento, permitindo levar esses meios de acondicionamento até o local de depósito, meios de injeção ou de inserção nesse local de depósito, e meios de retirada, após injeção ou inserção, e uma parte deixada no exterior com meios de ativação das funções do dispositivo. A invenção tem igualmente por objeto uma formulação retardo sólida para administração parenteral, compreendendo uma mistura homogênea de um princípio ativo no estado não dispersado e de um excipiente biocompatível biodegradável, na qual a quantidade de princípio ativo é de pelo menos 50% em peso.
